• All items are send through Royal Mail and are required signature on delivery
• For large item we will send through a courier service which are required signature on delivery

• International delivery can take up to 10 - 15 working days to arrive
• Domestic delivery can take up to 2 - 5 working days to arrive (except next day delivery)
• Working days are Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays and public holidays
• You items can be delayed if there is a postal strike, transport strike or any other strike which could affect the postal service (to check this information please check with your local post office)
• We dispatch all orders by 3pm if ordered after this time your order will be dispatched the next working day

• Returns accepted within 7 days in its original condition (un-opened)
• All returns should be un-active and should be in its original packaging
• Postage cost are non refundable
• There is a restocking fee of 20% if the item is returned after 7 days
• Any items that need to be returned should contact ebay@TurboMaxx.co.uk to get the Return Authorisation Number

• If you are a winning bidder and do not pay for the items bought or you do not contact me in 7 days I will go through the non-paying bidder program.

• Payment should be made in full for the item to be dispatched
• Payments by cheque would take 6 working days to clear before the item is sent
